They arrived by the same post as your letter. I recently bought a Bernina 550 QE from my local agent, and another presser foot also. The service I got from them was very poor, and they could not care less that my orders did not turn up when they promised. In fact I waited three weeks for a presser foot from them. I have had my Bernina for nearly 50 years and it has been absolutely great but the other day after using it the machine just kept running, even though I was nowhere it. On phoning Howdens the gentleman (whose name unfortunately I do not have) told me exactly what the problem was and how to fix it.
